TFCA's Workshop for Financial Coordinators
October 15-17, 2007
The
Transplant Financial Coordinators Association will hold its 3rd Workshop for
Financial Coordinators October 15 - 17, 2007 at
The Fairmont Hotel Dallas.
Located in the heart of the Dallas Arts District, this luxury hotel offers
convenient access to both DFW & Love Field Airports, as well as the West End
Marketplace, historic McKinney Avenue, the West Village Retail District, &
the original Neiman Marcus Department Store (a mere 4 block walk from the
hotel). In addition, the world famous State Fair of Texas will be held Sept
28 - Oct 21, 2007, so be sure to save a day (or two!)

A
limited number of rooms will be available at the Fairmont
Dallas for those attending the Workshop at a special rate of $169.00 per
night (plus all applicable taxes & fees), single or double occupancy;
there is a $30.00 per night charge for the 3rd &/or 4th person in the
room, but no charge for children up to age 18 staying w/their parents in
the same room (Maximum room occupancy is 4).
The cut-off date to reserve rooms at the
conference rate is September 22, 2007; once our contracted room block is
sold out, rooms at the hotel, if available at all, may be at a higher
rate than published here. Your stay can be extended for
up to 3 days before &/or after the meeting dates of October 15-17,
2007 on a first come, space available basis. You will
need a credit card to make the reservation, but your card will not be
charged until you check-in (if you will be arriving after 6pm, please be
sure to indicate that you will need a late check-in in the Special
Requests section of your reservation). Please contact the Fairmont

9/5/07 Hotel Update: Please be advised our contracted room block at The
Fairmont Hotel Dallas is now sold-out. Rooms are still available but
they will be at a higher rate than posted here or published in the
brochure. Please contact the hotel directly to make reservations while
there is still space.
Please note, if you will be using the
Fairmont's guest room internet access, there is a $14.95/day charge for this
BUT the fee is waived for members of the Fairmont President's Club. To join

Dallas offers
plenty of leisure time options-this is just a partial list of all the things
you can do with your free time!
Also, TFCA will hold it's 7th Annual
Meeting in conjunction w/the Workshop & elect new Officers & Trustees at that
time. Nominations will be requested in early summer & absentee ballots
available for those not in attendance. Please remember, only 2007 TFCA Members
in Good Standing are eligible to vote & run for office.
