are available on a first-paid, first mailed basis. Cost per binder is $40.00
& is inclusive of postage. Please note-the binders contain only the handout
materials submitted by speakers prior to the actual Workshop; handout
materials the speakers brought with them to the meeting are not included or
available. If you would like a binder, please send a check, payable to TFCA,
